PAIGE ELIZABETH
Founder and Trauma-Informed Reset Coach
- Paige is a native of Las Vegas. She was an overachiever from an early age, graduating high school a year and a half early. A free spirit from birth, she went on to obtain her massage therapy degree to have an alternative healing career while completing a Bachelors in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
- A natural leader and wellness entrepreneur, Paige resisted the traditional corporate path. She spent years in the Las Vegas nightlife industry before launching her first mini-empire: Vertical Art & Fitness magazine. Born from a love of yoga, aerial acrobatics, and pole dancing, the magazine gave voice to a global community of movement artists. During this time, Paige also managed world-class performers and taught internationally, building a reputation for powerful mentorship rooted in both body and spirit.

- But her journey wasn’t without hardship.
- In 2012, Paige faced one of life’s deepest traumas—the loss of her younger brother to a heroin overdose. That moment reshaped everything. Her energy, priorities, and inner drive took a different form. She realized that pushing through pain wasn’t strength—it was self-betrayal. And that realization became the seed for her work in nervous system healing and trauma-informed leadership.
- By 2013, her yoga practice—which began in 1998—had evolved into something more. She became a sought-after guide and teacher, leading workshops around the world in Morocco, Italy, Norway, and beyond. Her focus shifted from physical practice to holistic burnout recovery. As a female burnout coach and reset mentor, Paige helped thousands of women release old patterns and reconnect to self-trust, clarity, and resilience.
- In 2019, she published her book Leading an Intentional Life, distilling decades of wisdom into a powerful self-mastery guide. Her lived experience—including physical assault, legal battles, and a complete nervous system breakdown during the pandemic—led her to one conclusion: Healing is not linear. It requires compassion, community, and daily practice.
- Now, Paige combines nervous system regulation, trauma-informed coaching, and leadership wellness into one clear mission—helping high-achieving women reset.
- Through her Women’s Burnout Reset Program, her growing Skool community, and her signature framework (RESET), she equips women with the tools to heal their biology, reclaim energy, and regulate their nervous system for the long haul.
- She’s here to remind you:
- You’re not broken—you’re burned out.
- And you can reset.
